ABOUT ME

I am a fully qualified Counsellor with a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As such, I work within their ethical framework at all times.
I currently practise in comfortable private rooms in Gandy St, Exeter . I can offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs.
Coming from a background in Healthcare, I was inspired to retrain as a Counsellor a few years ago, after experiencing its powerful benefits on myself and those close to me.
In my spare time I practise yoga and mindfulness and love walking in nature, especially on the beach.
